Liquid green tea is designed to be taken with water, up to three times a day. Green tea can work in a number of ways that will help you lose weight. It can boost the metabolism, it can help you control your appetite, and it is said that it can increase the rate at which the body burns off fat.
What Ingredients Are in Liquid Green Tea?
The main ingredient in Liquid Green Tea is, not surprisingly green tea. The health benefits of green tea are well-known and green tea has been drunk for those health benefits for many centuries, especially in China.
There have been studies that have proven that drinking green tea can help people lose weight. It can boost the metabolic rate, increase energy, and it can improve the efficiency with which the body burns fat and uses it for energy.

Liquid Green Tea also contains small quantities of stevia leaf extract, which is usually used simply as a sweetener.

There are also proven weight loss benefits to be gained from drinking green tea as well. What we question is whether it is any better to spend money on concentrated green tea drops, when you could just as easily drink green tea the natural way.
