I have high blood pressure…are there any restrictions about taking the drops & will they affect heart rate?
In the morning I am to fill the dropper and just two drop’s under my tongue for 1min then you can swallow it, or do I put two drop’s under my tongue for 1min then empty the rest of the dropper amount that left in the dropper.

I would like to know a couple of things. Do you drink all water with this diet example 128 oz a day Do you eat 500 cal low carb of what you want or is it specific things you eat?
